By far the best food and dining experience I've ever had. The service was exemplary and the food was pitch perfect. We had the chorizo stuffed Maine Lobster and fois gras for appetizers and both were delicious, but the fois gras was of the gods straight from Mount Olympus! For entreé we thoroughly enjoyed the beef wellington and the braised short ribs which were both perfection. We also ordered the macaroni and cheese as well as the sriracha broccoli. The mac and cheese was excellent made better with the earthy truffle crumble on top. The Sriracha broccoli with poached egg was excellent flavor but was too spicy my palette, not the food's fault it was prepared as it should have been.
Lomberto was our waiter and his attention to detail was superior. At one point I made the mistake of using the wrong fork (I know right! LoL!!) I wiped the fork off and set it in its place on the table. As Lomberto was tending to the table he spotted that the fork didn't have a perfect shine so he removed it and brought me a new fork. Seriously?! Who has that kind of an eye to detail for an average customer?!?! His knowledge and skill is amazing, as was the remainder of the staff.
We were seated close to the hot plate (something I enjoyed because I like to watch the activity) and the sous chefs actively engaged with us throughout our meal.
I brag about this meal to every one I know and I will return!
