They take the "clean" out of dry clean. Dropped off uniform for cleaning. White tag inside back collar had neck dirt on it. It STILL had the same amount of neck dirt on it when I picked it up! When I pointed this out, (you would expect an apology and promise they they will re-do it and actually give you the cleaning you paid for.... Nope! Two different ladies told me that that is probably dirt that will never come out. Give me a break! I feel like I was robbed. So save your money and find a cleaner that actually CLEANS things.
