We really liked the owner and used them twice. He is very professional and wants to run a company the right way. They did a fine job for the most part but after the second time we had a few issues with the younger helpers. We asked them to wrap several real wood antique pieces and they did not. We had a broken mirror, scrapped up wood bed furniture that isn't cheap, and they had issues with following through on some things. We had them pack a POD and weren't there as we moved and needed them to ship the keys to us at our new home. We needed them so we could open the POD when it arrived as we hired movers to unload it. It took three phone calls (a few weeks) to finally get them to do it and everything worked out but if I wasn't all over them up until the last minute they would have forgot and it would've been a disaster. Growing pains and young inexperienced help but overall like the company.
