what happend to this place. last year this dentist and office staff was the best id have ever seen. i am sorry to say mr tang but your front staffing is going to cost you your company. the way they answering the phones and treating people is horrible you should try and call and see how they would even talk to you!!! nick is someone new there and when he answers the phone is very rude and will hang up on you if you ask to be transfered he will even yell at you on the phone then when he is done barking hang up. teresa you are a very rude person as well i dont know your position and title you claimed you are the office manager then begin to scream at me as i am advising you about nick... what is wrong with you people you just lost 9 customers due to your childish behavior!!! grow up then call me back when you guys can act like a real dentist office... eddie (dental assistant) by the way you have been great you are a kind person and very professional ill give you a 5 star i know you have been there for many years but you might want to look for a new company, the way that people are being treated, that office probably wont be running for long.
