Had a gentleman do my nails today. I asked for a full set and told him I wanted something that looked natural and asked what he would recommend. It was like he didn't even understand what I was asking...all he kept saying was "you want gel or regular?" I asked to see the gel colors and he stood behind me looking over my shoulder with his arms crossed, felt like he was rushing me. I picked a natural color and told him I want rounded tips. There was a picture hanging at the station that showed the different shapes. He made my nails look like the oval shape, not round and when I asked him to fix it, he said ok but they don't look like the picture. My nails are very uneven even though I saw him compare the lengths. Also my right middle fingernail is NOT even at all, its VERY crooked. I was rushed for time so I let him finish but I won't be going back....this was not a personable experience whatsoever! Edited to add....the quality of the nails are not bad. I probably would have had a better experience had I gotten square tips just like everyone else. I'm just disappointed in the lack of communication and inability to file my nails evenly.
