Dr. Vermani and her staff are amazing! Having gotten TMJ guards in the past from my dentists, what a difference it was to work with an expert! She calmed my fears that other "experts" had scared me with - needing TMJ joint replacements, needing a jaw replacement, etc. She did a CT Scan, verified how things were and was beyond patient with making sure my bite was perfect on my new bite guard. Her staff is so nice and patient too, from booking your appointment to taking whatever time it takes to ensure that pain is relieved and things are exactly as they should be. She's great with nervous patients and chemically sensitive, like me, so don't be afraid to tell her if you have concerns about what she's doing or what options are available. The fact that my mouth guards were also covered by insurance is a HUGE savings!! I used to spend $300-600 for one at the dentist not covered by insurance.
