Attended a Social Security Benefits information class held by this firm at CSN on a Saturday, it was very informative and when leaving was told that with the class I was entitled to a sit down with the instructor Steve for a strategy session at his office, while my husband could not attend this meeting I was intent on going because, well it was included in the class but Steve Roeth was the kind of person that you just knew was genuine and trustworthy. Having a stressful day I called in not wanting to cancel my appt. but to try and re-schedule and in speaking with Stephanie who was very kind and understanding got me in touch with Kilee who was also understanding of my plight she was able to get me in later the same day. I will be making future business appts with this firm, just being able to feel comfortable enough from the start means a lot to me in a town where I have have lived more than 50 yrs, that is difficult to find
