Canadian Tire attempts to be a general store, hardware store, and auto store all at the same time. This would be great, but a lot of it is very disorganized. Staff members generally don't offer assistance and if you ask for it the best they usually do is point you in the general direction of what you are looking for. Looking for equipment by yourself is tricky as well due to complicated layout and the lack of clear labeling for what is contained in an aisle. Prices are moderate, not the best or the worst. Selection is rather limited and there seems to be a recent increase in lower-end products, although some good, exclusive products can still be found here.
Could be fun to just wander around and see what you can find, but not really that great a place if you are trying to find something specific or you need extra help.
