If it makes you happy... it can't be that baaaad. Oh Sheryl Crow... I'm not sure she has anything else to do with the happy truck other than the word happy triggered the lyrics in my head. Either way, how can you possibly not like something that has happy in the name? Even seeing the word just makes me want to smile :). The Happy Truck is Indonesian fare. Think satays, rice and a whole lot of spice!! I took one bite of my rice at Beerfest and needed to grab a couple of beers from the closest vendor to calm my burning tongue! But the beef satay was yummy and not nearly as spicy. The portion was an adequate size as well. Anyway, I didn't get a chance to try anything else that time round, but I'll be back to investigate less spicy options for sure!
