First , I went to this salon for several months. At first , it was very good. But all it takes is ONE bad service day !! This salon has issues with professionalism. Its mainly the female owner of the shop. She is rude and actually mean. I asked a question and she actually moved me to the end of the line and gave me a longer wait because of it ! Its really too bad that she does not understand customer service . I found other nail shops in the area with more professionalism and friendly customer service.
