My crawl space had signicant moisture and developed mold and mildew on the floor joists and insulation and my home was only 5 years old at the time. I understood the need to remediate the mold address the moisture as quickly as possible. I called Dry Pro and they provided multiple alternatives. We elected for a complete overall. It included removing all plastic ground cover and insullation. Also, had all floor joists cleaned and mold remediated. They added a french drain on the internal side of the crawl space wall with the drain leading to a sump pump to pull out all water seaping through concrete blocks, a dehumidifier to maintain proper moisure levels, seal all vents, replace insulation and add thinker plastic ground cover.
The job took about a week to complete, but was handled very professionally and a humidity guage was provided to monitor the crawl space moisture levels.
Very pleased with the work that was done, and the impact it has had on my home. Would recommend this company to anybody!
