It is a small business owned by Taps, who does everything from repairs, to quotes to installation himself (assisted by one assistant). So you just deal with same person throughout the process.
It was much easier to work with him as a result, compared to one of the highly rated "small" business for AC installation in yelp. The other large company charged me $75 just to come over and tell me that they would need to do a much more expensive testing to find source of leaks!
Tap's quote for new system also significantly lower than the other business. They did quality work, and also came by to do a free inspection of the heater before it was needed for the winter.
