I had no idea this place existed, even though I've walked by it many times. I was super excited to find out there was a spa like this in the city. I got a 1 hour RMT massage which was really good. The masseuse was attentive and I did not feel like she was rushing through it like I've experienced at some spas.
The juice bar is great - they deliver your juice to the pool area at a time of your choosing. The drink was $7 which isn't too bad for a decent sized delicious drink.
I was there on a Friday night and it was not very busy. There were a couple small groups in the pool area, but we had the sauna/steam room to ourselves most of the time.
I would definitely recommend this place to others as a nice splurge as it's not super cheap. I was able to claim my massage through my extended health benefits so I was not out of pocket.
