I was truly disappointed in my experience here. I had purchased a groupon that made it somewhat affordable to give this place a try and made a reservation as was suggested. We arrived and waited over 10 minutes before a hostess ever came to greet us, and finally were seated in the middle of the restaurant, which you may assume to be a good seat...wrong! We constantly had to flag down the servers with the meat, because they would completely bypass our area.
Personally I thought the food needed seasoning and flavor. I guess if you like seasoned-less meat then this is the place for you. The salad bar did have quite a bit of a selection, but I wasn't impressed with the taste/quality of the food.
I have heard of other brazillian steak houses in the Charlotte area, so my advice would be to choose one of the other two and don't waste your money here.
