I like that the workout is different every time that I come, Everyone from the trainers to the front desk is extremely friendly and engaging! Even at 5 AM :-). I will admit that at sometimes I have a favorite trainer or 2, but that really isn't an issue that would keep me from coming in if I needed to get a workout in for that day. Even a trainer that I wouldn't necessarily connect with perfectly is a qualified and engaging person. One of the things that I like that all the trainers do is walk the room and encourage us to push our hardest and they also check to see if we are using correct form, which means a lot to this 51 year old. I have recommended this to many friends and I will keep doing so. OTF is a great company that puts out an awesome product! Keep it up!!
