Went to purchase a headlight at this location and prior to driving there we called and spoke to a very kind and helpful employee, Chris, who let us know they had what we needed and when my husband and I asked if we could have assistance with installing it, he gladly said yes.
When arriving to the store we were helped by a young man and we did tell him that we spoke to Chris on the phone prior to arriving. Chris who was standing close by let the man know what we needed while he was helping another customer. While purchasing the item we asked again if we could have some help installing the light and while the young man was doing so he needed some help and as soon as Chris was done helping the other customer he jumped in and finished the job with no complaints and was very professional and kind about it. Regardless of the cold wind blowing hard which even caused the hood to collapse and hit him he was still so nice.
Overall a great experience at this Auto Zone thanks to the outstanding staff especially Chris.
