I've noticed water came out of the water heater pressure valve pipe into the washer and dryer drained. I thought the pressure valve is leaking so I called the previous water heater Tech. that came to flushed the water heater and let him know the issue and he told me to call Plumbing, he said it is not the water heater pressure valve. I called a few Plumbing company, hoping that someone can stop by and check the pressure valve, and I received a call from Craig. I explained to him the issue and he told me that he will stop by to check the valve. Craig show up at my house after 7pm, he checked the pressure valve and fixed it without a charge. He shows me what to do if there is water leakage. I asked him if I need to replace the water heater or the pressure valve, he said "no" the tank is still good. I like that he is honest and not treated me like I don't know anything or because I am a woman. I definitely use this company. Thanks for your great service.
