I was very disappointed with my last 2 orders: ordered sheepskin roll for a welping box 60x60''. the size of the roll supposed to be 60X216 but arrived 60x154. So i ended up with 2 mats instead of 3 for $129, super expensive :(
My last ordered of esbilac for new born puppies been canceled inspite of my returned e-mail since whoever i spoke to on a phone didn't bother to update billing information. Now little puppies have to suffer and i need to figure out what to feed them till next week (hopefully Ryan's shipped the order)
I am the owner of grooming salon and used to order a lot from Ryan's but doing less and less of that because of numeral mistakes with past orders too.
