This company is a joke.. They come out to your house and say your freon is low charge you through the roof to fill it and 2 days later your AC blows hot air so they come back out and say nothing is wrong and want to charge you again.. DONT USE THEM.. Cory will spend 5 minutes "evaluating" your unit because he just wants to move on to the next call.. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company not a company that answers their phone once every 10 calls.
Cory first of all the house was not built in the early 80s so it's not s 80s AC unit and secondly an AC unit is not supposed to blow cold air for 5 hours and hot air for 3 hours so something is wrong with the unit.. My other 2 units don't do that and one of them is just as old as the broken AC. I will be disputing the second service call payment with my HWA and moving on from your company.. Like you told me you pay what you get for so I'll call George Brazil and pay a little more to get the unit actually fixed.
