Highly recommend this studio for anyone interested in practicing yoga, no matter level of experience. Unlike many other studios, meditation classes are available as separate entities from more traditional classes such as Ashtanga and Hatha. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff and teachers! The environment is clean and fresh! Classes are both physically challenging and spiritually nourishing! Will definitely be returning!
