I am so upset with the idiot Supervisor (Alison?) that I had to put this review up. I had terrible service from one of their contractors (Pruitts Plumbing- don't ever let John near your home) and I wanted to let their Contractor Relations department know about the bad experience so they would find a different contractor to send out in the future. I WAS DOING THEM A FAVOR!!!! The idiot turned the call into a complaint from me about the thousands of dollars of damages the guy caused. I told her I was just warning her! She DEFENDED them. I actually would have given them a 5 star rating because of all the warranty programs I've used, this one is the best. Now I'm contemplating canceling 2 contracts I have with them because of her total STUPIDITY!
