I officially have given this place three tries to only continually be disappointed was just hoping each time was a fluke. I'm giving them 2 stars because at least they're staff is friendly and nice, but this place is a disorganized mess. Half the time the techs don't know how to do something so you have to compensate and get something else done. This last time I waited for a tech that "knew" how to do pink and white ombré. Not only did they turn out terrible, and uneven, BUT she cut three different cuticles and NEVER once stopped to stop it from bleeding or sanitized her tools. I should have got up walked out right there. She had to redo my nails twice because she knew how terrible they looked. It took an hour and a half to do a fill in. I would NOT recommend this place unless your looking for a basic polish change
