I purchased a Certified Used vehicle back in September for my son. I was not happy with my experience whatsoever. My son really wanted the car. The Salesman didn't go over any of the features with us at all. He told us the Finance Manager would be with us within 15 Minutes. It took an hour and a half. The paperwork, which we were told would take 20 Minutes, took well over an hour. The guy that was constantly trying to force extra warranties on us that I declined several times. I was also told that we were supposed to receive a second set of keys. 2 months later and I still don't have them. I do not recommend this place.
