The experience overall was not great. So, I wanted to get a little fresh glow last minute that I needed for that night but was limited on time because of work. I checked the website, to see what time they closed, which was nine. I called at 8:30pm, since that was the soonest I could get in, to see what time there last tan was (I really wanted a spray, don't really like to use beds anymore). The girl stated that someone was going to be using the spray so I wouldn't have enough time to use it. I then asked about the beds and she told me they shut off at 9, last tan was at 8:45. I felt bad about going in so late especially after talking to her but was right down the street, so I figured I would stop in really quick and be in and out. I ended up purchasing a one time tan for $10, level 2. I don't have much of a tan, but I used to work at a tanning salon when I was younger and I knew I shouldn't go the full-time so I went 10 (max 12). No joke, I didn't get one inch of color...nothing! It honestly felt like the bed wasn't even on. I was so disappointed. The last time I was in this salon was probably five years ago...and had no idea what the beds looked like or what they offered anymore. I know I went in close to closing time, but I still wish I had a tour and better explanation of prices (and maybe an interest in my needs for that night). As much as ProTan's sales can come off strong at times, I would much rather go there (beds are wayyyyy better, a level 2 there is amazing in comparison)! Or even Tan Factory....
