I went to Franks to get an estimate to paint my truck. When I arrived there was no on at the counter. I greeted the receptionists and stated that I wanted an estimate to paint my truck. She snapped "do you want to paint the whole truck" I said I believe so and she said we don't do that. I asked why do you only do insurance claims. She replied in a very condescending manner well it would be over $5000 and we would have to keep it a very long time. Now keep in mind nobody had even looked at the truck or asked what kind of truck. It was more than evident that they had no intent to help me. I have had work done at Franks before and I have recomended them to others. After the attitude and lack of help I ran into I will never use them or recommendthem ever again.
