If you have to go CALL and sign in first! That is the most amazing change they have implemented. I called at 9 am from work and 1 pm I received the call that my number would be called in approx. 20 minutes. From the time I left work, got my drivers lic. renewed, picture taken and drove back to work it was only a 35 minute round trip errand. Both people I dealt with was very friendly! What a great change. Good job DMV!
