I wish there was a "0 Star" choice for this place. I took my wedding gown to Delia's to get it cleaned and pressed for the big day. Their website offers special service for wedding gowns. When I picked it up and took it home, the hook above the zipper was missing!.. Also my dress had a detachable train so there was a little hook for that too and it was removed as well. My bridesmaids helped me improvise ways to secure the dress. I'd like to point out that this place is PRICY!.. On a previous occasion, I had a $25 groupon to use there and I took some suits in. The sales rep there quoted me over $10 for each item so the groupon didnt go very far. When I came back to pick it up, they wanted to charge me a higher price than agreed and I had to present my receipt. This happened with the wedding dress as well.
