I used to drive hours to another Macy's because of this store's poor selection and a negative customer service experience in the past. However, they've really vamped things up recently and I must say that I'm impressed! The store layout has changed, variety of brands and sizes has improved, and there are new faces. I made multiple purchases today and everyone was very helpful, especially Sung! If you haven't shopped here recently, give it another chance!
