I've walked in a few times to be greeted with rude remarks by the older man who I assume owns/manages the place. I tried to ask for help once and began by saying "Excuse me?" and without making eye contact he shouted back "EXCUSE YOURSELF", waved me off, and walked away. I was so shocked, and thought he was maybe joking, so I followed after him and kindly asked about their refund policy. His response was (which he angrily shouted while walking away from me), "NO RETURNS! NO REFUNDS! HOW WOULD WE MAKE ANY MONEY THEN? YOU BUY IT, YOU KEEP IT." I walked out so quickly. Never going back again.
