I can't say enough about the help and flexibility we have received from The Falls and from Jen Jenness!! I went in there the first time with my mother looking for a venue and fell in love immediately with the west building. Jen was super helpful from the beginning suggesting catering information and decoration ideas from previous weddings. She even called over to the Zappone's Italian Bistro to get us in for a tasting appointment that very same day ! After discussing prices and dates Jen suggested we move our date to save some money but we would only be able to have our venue on the East building. We agreed because the price was within our budget and unfortunately the West building rental would have pushed our budget more then what we could afford. Jen worked within our price range and she even mentioned that if by the time the wedding date came closer, If the west building wasn't booked we could look into moving it over for no additional charge ! Well we just finished paying off the venue last week and Jen gave us the great news that the west building would be available for our wedding date !! I can not thank her and The Falls team for making my bridal dreams come true !! This place is so beautiful and working with Jen had been stress free. I can't recommend this place enough. I am so excited for our upcoming wedding that I know will be absolutely stunning. !! Jen didn't care about making a sale or the money. She truly saw that wedding dream in my eyes and as she said " felt like it was the right thing to do".
