This review is just based on the interaction I had with the staff. We have not lived her before. My family and I are relocating to Arizona from California and while we were looking online we came across this property and called and asked specific questions about the requirements to rent there and the person we spoke to said " we do not deny people unless they have an eviction or criminal record" which none of us have so we paid the 260$ to run the applications and they still deny us and when we asked why there response was call the screening company. They lied to use to take our money basically and if I were you I wouldn't rent here just because management is greedy and will lie to you
