I would first like to start off with thanking Eva as her professionalism and knowledge was superb from the start all the way down to delivery of my car. I won't make this too long but long story short super bowl weekend my BMW 328i takes a beating of a scratch job all around. I take it to progressive have a bit of a rough time covering all damages(thank you again Eva for having my back here). I dropped my car off in which it would have taken roughly 2 weeks but due to a bit of hurdles between my insurance company it delayed the job by about a week. All in all the experience was great had regular check-in's from Eva keeping me abreast of the progress and status. I received my car back yesterday in which it literally is flawless. I'm more than happy with the work they had completed but also happy with the overall experience I had with them. I will definitely be taking additional work to them if ever needed in the future.
