"What the Pho?" "Pho King" and Pho 1-99, and now "Pho Kim Long?" With the copious amount of funny sounding Pho restaurant names there are, I thought this was just another one to add to the list. But this was actually pretty good. I got my regular rare steak and tripe deal and was surprised to find out that it was delicious. :) I believe they also serve Chinese food but I didn't really take a good look at the menu. It was straight to the Pho kim PHO for me! Also, the restaurant itself was pretty clean. All in all, this is good stuff after a long night of drinking in Sin City with good taste to match!
