I purchased a Groupon in Feb. with my husband for $20 to try out Rock Star. We had been at our gym for over 10 years and had tried every group class on the planet (kickboxing, boot camp, step, etc.) but were looking for something different. We found it with Rock Star! Curtis and Rachelle are amazing instructors and make everyone feel welcome no matter what your skill level. Each workout is always different and challenging. This isn't your typical gym and it isn't Crossfit! This is an all around amazing workout that will have you excited for what tomorrows workout will bring. Even those who think they know everything about fitness and working out will learn new things here. Come with an open mind and be ready to work and you will love it!
