Based on my experience here, I found the Lebanese food to be very authentic! I have family in Lebanon and willingly concede that the food tastes like traditional Lebanese dishes that would be made by members of my family. I tried the falafel sandwich and was extremely pleased with the way that it was tasted. The hummus seems to be homemade which I think should be an absolute standard in every Arab restaurant. Furthermore, the waitress was pleasant and seemed to be in good spirits. My only complaint is that I wish the Lebanese music had been a bit louder. All I could hear when I was in the restaurant was the sound of a sports game on tv. :( Other than that though, my dining experience here was superb. :)
