I needed to have 2 windows replaced in a home that I just purchased that was currently vacant. It took 2 weeks to get an estimate even though there was a contractor's lockbox on the home so they could access it at any time. The sales guy showed up when my contractor was there and didn't even bring a tape measure with him. He had to borrow one. I don't think that is professional at all considering it was his job to measure for the windows. The office manager was apologetic when I told her what happened which was nice. However, if a company is that late and that bad at the estimation and sales process, what are they like in their installations?
