I thought I would try them as they are very close to my house. I am not unhappy with my existing groomer, but this place is just 2 minutes from my house. Cooper is a long haired dachshund, cocker spaniel mix. When I called for an appointment they were very nice. Cooper gets shaved, but he was left with lines is his fur so they didn't go a good job making his coat look smooth. It was just sloppy work. When I picked him up they weren't friendly, acted almost put out that they had to talk to me. I would expect at least a hello how can I help you? But no. Also, Cooper was in a cage at the front of the store and I specifically asked for him not to be put in a cage. I also had trouble opening it but they didn't even bother to come around the counter to help me, which would have been the professional thing to do. I want to leave a business feeling happy and treated nicely and I left here feeling disappointed.
