Ok....I don't like being a hater but #sorrynotsorry. So originally I was living in Florida. I was looking to take over someone's lease and came across a resident at Blvd 1900. In his Craigslist ad, he had said that he was going to pay the first month and a half for me so I'd have the time to search for jobs within that time in the area. So after the extremely long process of the apartment complex processing my application and everything, I booked my flight to Arizona on July 31, 2017. Now...I didn't completely have all of the rent amount only because I was told that my first month and a half would be paid for (my mistake). When I had landed, I went straight to the Blvd 1900 apartments. When I had arrived though, I was informed that the LAST month and a half was paid for (not the first) and their would be no way to put it towards the first...so their I am...stranded with my bags sitting outside of a near by Elementary school using an outlet to charge my things sense the apartment staff wouldn't let me move in until paying the full amount of the first months rent ($814.26). Eventually, I had come up with the money that day after a few hours in the AZ sun...when I had went up to my apartment, I walked in and was stunned to see that the whole apartment was completely trashed! (Photos attached and all) I was at this point already hella annoyed so I took my butt down to the office to complain because I was not having it. I had explained to the staff that I just got off my flight and sat in the sun for hours and the last thing I need is to come in to a trashed place. They had said that sense I am DELEGATING for the PRIMARY LEASE HOLDER, the apartment is left as is and the staff DOESN'T come in to clean before I arrive. That there makes absolutely NO sense. I'm a new resident regardless and me walking in to a trashed place and having so many problems right off the bat is going to lead to...well...a bad review. Anyways...after cleaning the entire filthy place by myself, throughout my stay there, whenever I had the slightest issue and talked to a staff member(s), legit everyone there would tell me something different and wrong to the point where I had to go up to management to get a RIGHT answer. I'm gladly moved out of there. I didn't even finish my lease. I found someone to take my place as the Delegate (which was also a huge hassle with the office). I could only last so long there. The amenities are nice but it's not worth all the trouble.
