This location is great. I recently bought some tea and a diffuser here and come in on occasion for teas. On my last visit, Brent waited on me. He was extremely cheerful, enthusiastic, and helpful. In fact, even for a place where you should expect great service, he exceeded expectations. The service was definitely 5 star. David's Tea has great selection and service. The two questions I would ask (if I were in David's Tea management) are... 1. What can we do to create a better sensory experience for our guests? (Don't get me wrong, the place is neat as a pin. There is just not enough "experience" here.) 2. How do we create value for regular customers? Aside from getting an e-newsletter, I don't see how being a regular customer here matters. Expect great tea selection and service at premium prices.
