Good grief. My garage door opener failed Sunday night at 6:00PM. I called Quick Response first thing Monday morning, and Daniel arrived to diagnose the problem at 11:00AM. I had been looking for an excuse to try out a jackshaft (side mounted) garage door opener, and I was in luck. Daniel was very knowledgeable with this type of opener. He had to go back to the shop to fetch one for me, and arrived back within two hours. He then proceeded to remove the old opener and install the new one. He then took the time to re-program my vehicle's Homelink setting, and walk me through the opener's operation. In summary, I went from a broken opener to a new, more advanced one in less than 24 hours. Great job!
