Stayed at The Signature the weekend of (12/7-12/9). Booked through Blue Chip's Amazon Deal. After paying $329 for 2 nights (which also included VIP passes to 2 clubs and a Vodka/mixer package) I thought I got a great deal. When I called to make my reservations, I was told they only had "rooms with a balcony" available, so it would be an additional $15/night. Plus taxes and resort fee it came out to an additional $125.48. I was a little disappointed, but decided I could live with it. When I got there late Friday night, I noticed the vodka and passes weren't in the room. I tried to call Blue Chip but their operating hours are from 9AM-4:30 PM. So my wife and I went to sleep. The next morning we woke up and found that our sheets had some stains on them. I was willing to just swap out the sheets with the ones in the closet, but even those were stained. So we called to get the room cleaned. We were told we were not on the books so there was nothing they could do about it. I mentioned we hadn't gotten our passes and vodka and they said they would bring them up. I emailed them later on to see if there was anything that could be done about the sheets and never got a reply. So that night, we slept with only one sheet on the bed. Since there was no follow up, I had to call on my own yesterday (12/12) and told a manager the situation. The best they said they could do was to refund me $25 because that's what it would have cost me to get my room clean. I would not recommend booking through Blue Chip anymore because of this. You can find better deals elsewhere and actually get your room cleaned without being charged. Here are the pictures of the sheets. I have video I will post later to prove it was the room also. I thought Blue Chip would refund me the full amount, and to be honest, even half would be forgivable. But $25!?!? This is the first and last time I'll go through Blue Chip.
I posted this on Facebook and after several "likes" and comments, Blue Chip asked for my email so they could take care of the problem. They ended up deleting my post and never contacted me. Since then, they have deleted other posts of dissatisfied customers. What a way to do business.

After posting the story again on their facebook page, they deleted it again. What bothered me the most is that they said they would contact me, but never did. I wasn't even expecting a full refund or anything, just wanted to talk it out with them.
