I was disappointed this time. Been many times before and this was the first time it was sub-par. When we checked in, the hostess was on the phone. She took another phone call in the middle of checking us in and left us waiting for a good 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. I asked for a tour since my guest has not been there, and the "hostess" was in a rush, unfriendly and very uncaring. Not a great first impression. The service we received was good. The pool grounds weren't as clean as I am used to seeing them. I hope this is not a trend downward, because there are MANY other spas in the valley to visit.
