My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at this location and since then I've been back in a couple times and had nothing but terrible service! Most recently, I stopped in to get my ring cleaned. The first woman who helped me quickly dipped and cleaned it without separating the ring from the band. I walked out, it was still dirty. Went right back in the store and was helped by another woman. She took my ring and walked away. I had to maneuver around several people to follow her. She steamed it. After finishing, she took a few min to chit chat with another customer and employee before finally returning my ring. I inquired why there is buildup under the diamond. She assumed I leave my ring on when applying lotion. I told her twice that I always remove my ring. She got such an attitude and dismissed me. I honestly felt like I was treated very differently because I am young (late 20s). Last time I checked, ALL customers should be treated the same! This is not the first time I've been treated poorly here. Previously, when getting my ring sized to the band, I repeatedly told the woman that I needed a size up due to how the ring and band come together. Needless to say, she sized it how she thought and I had to have it re-sized a 2nd time! Going into this store for service is a huge waste of time!
