Hmm... So it looks like I forgot to update my review after going to get my hair fixed. Originally they made it too dark, so I was able to make another appointment to fix that. Next thing I know, they had stripped my hair and put in a color two shades lighter than they had applied originally. Now typically, that would have been okay if they did that to start with on my unstripped hair. But since my hair was already a nasty yellow beached color, it made my hair result in a yellow-y blonde. Guh-rossssss. I felt pretty ugly for about a month. Even now, I'm still dealing with the fall out of having my hair dyed, stripped/bleached, and dyed again. My poor ends :( I am always very specific to say to all hair colorists that I don't want to be a true blonde, but don't want to be a dark brunette. This request was disregarded both times. It seems as though they are incapable of doing anything in between - it's always the extremes. How unfortunate, because I really did enjoy the location and personality of the owners. I haven't returned since this experience.
