We used Organic Dry Carpet Cleaning upon moving in to our new home- our movers were awful and our mattresses were FILTHY from the move- I called and told them what I needed and not only were they super friendly and helpful, but accommodated our specific requests, which I ended up modifying the day before to two mattresses and the living room carpet, with a can-do attitude. The gentleman who came to clean was prompt, thorough, had me check his work to assure satisfaction, and best of all, no hassles, unexpected fees, and super pleasant to work with. Our carpet was already pretty clean to begin with but they looked brand-new by the time he left, and our mattresses- it was amazing!- how he got all that filth out was a miracle! I am planning to have them do the bedrooms in our house next!
