Made an appointment because I had a million things to do that day, I get there on time and they tell me pick a color. I picked it and asked what station I should go to and they said it was going to be a few minutes. I asked exactly how many minutes and they told me 20-30. I asked them why would they accept walk ins when they knew they had a booked appointment??? She asked if I could come back in an hour.....an hour???? What's the point of making an appointment if it clearly means nothing to them. I will never go back. And their tanning prices are ridiculous
