My partner and I have been members here together for a couple of years (and he had a membership before that.) Supreme is not your typical whiz-bang fancy gym, churning people through left and right.
It may be an older property, but you're more likely to see a grandmother happily chatting with a college student while walking on the treadmill than a bunch of Super Serious Gymrats sweating themselves to death.
Community is important, and it's a shared desire for fitness (regardless of body type) that brings people together. The owners are more likely to invest in keeping equipment upgraded than buying every new fitness gadget on the market.
The group classes are excellent; most are included in your monthly membership, with a few that have a small additional fee.
Childcare is also available for those who need it.
