I tried QS&L for their lunch buffet and was disappointed. The place had the musty smell of beer-soaked carpet that hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the wings on the buffet had the soggy quality that comes when you put once crunch wings in a steam environment for a good long while. I've also visited during happy hour and was a bit more satisfied with the experience, at least the food and beer smells were fresher. But the wings, while competent, weren't spectacular. I've had better wings and a lower overall tab at a number of South Side establishments including Smokin' Joes, Mario's Southside Saloon and Fatheads.
