Recently, I visited "Toyota of Surprise" for Used Cars. I had an unpleasant experience where the manager of the dealership said in an arrogant and insulting tone that "In your culture you might negotiate". Such kind of cultural attack was completely uncalled for. I was filled with bitterness completely, and has vowed to never visit the dealership again. This minimum expectation from a manager is to treat customers with respect and it was completely missing.
