I golfed there for the first time today and enjoyed the round. It is cart path only right now, but it's a small executive course, mostly short holes, so not too much walking. Greens and fairways were in pretty good shape considering they just overseeded. I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the manager at the front desk, as well as the gentleman who was the starter. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a short, easy course at a good price.
Couple suggestions: water coolers on the course would be nice (especially in hotter weather),ice available in the clubhouse (I didn't see any but maybe I missed it), and the restrooms on the course could have been a little cleaner. The bathrooms are "unisex" and they were kind of yucky (maybe the norm for guys but being a female it was kind of gross)
